Where is Felicia Bachman? Missing from Pennsylvania
Authorities in Carbon County, Pennsylvania are looking for 26-year-old Felicia Bachman. The missing woman has not been in contact with her loved ones since Between Dec. 2nd and Dec. 4th, but she has since fallen completely out of contact.

Felicia's loved ones say that it is absolutely out of character for her to go missing like this. She was reportedly dedicated to her pets, but they were reportedly left without food and water over the course of the time that led to her being reported as missing. Her loved ones say that she would have never done this, which has them wondering if something horrible may have happened to her. Felicia Bachman left behind all of her belongings, including her only two pairs of shoes, her cellphone and her purse (which included her money and identification).

Iowa: Angel Marie Herman missing since Dec. 25
Authorities in Mason City, Iowa are looking for 15-year-old Angel Marie Herman. The teenager was reportedly last seen on Christmas day, but has not been in contact with her loved ones since then. There are some disturbing elements in this developing case, and authorities are seeking help from social media -- and the public -- in gathering information behind what may have happened to this missing teenager.

Amber Alert: Teen kidnapped from Walgreens in West Virginia
Police say the 16-year-old girl was presumably abducted at around 6:00 p.m., Wednesday night. The young girl is described as a black female, standing at around 5'4", and around 115 lbs. She has long black hair and brown eyes. When she was last seen on Wednesday evening, she was wearing a pair of denim jeans and a gray hooded sweatshirt. Her hair was reportedly braided.
Police believe that the 15-year-old girl could be in the company of a 20-year-old man. Lawrence Asbury is described as a white male, who is possibly driving a 1995 two-door Chevy Blazer, red, with West Virginia plates reading 522359. If you see this vehicle, please do not hesitate to call 911.
No photos are available of Jaddah or Lawrence at this time.

Don't forget about Ayla Reynolds
On Dec. 17, 2011, Ayla Reynolds was reported missing from her paternal grandmother's home in Waterville, Maine. At the time, police were told that Ayla was possibly kidnapped by an unknown intruder who had gained entrance in the home while the adults inside slept. However, it was quickly revealed by police that there were no signs of a break-in at the residence where the 20-month-old baby was last seen.
Over the course of the past five years, it's been implied by detectives -- and forensic evidence -- that nobody kidnapped Ayla at all. In fact, evidence was found in the basement of her paternal grandmother's home, which indicated that Ayla may have suffered a tremendous injury. This goes hand-in-hand with the fact that the child had a broken arm not long before she vanished. To the dismay of those watching this case, it was also revealed that her father, Justin DiPietro, failed to take her to a scheduled checkup the Friday prior to her reported disappearance.
Trista Reynolds -- the mother of missing baby Ayla Reynolds -- believes that Justin DiPietro knows what happened to their daughter. She believes that he, his former girlfriend, his sister and his mother are all keeping information from detectives that could be used to locate Ayla, or at least bring answers to the questions that surround her case.
Justin DiPietro -- along with the other adults who were known to last be around Ayla -- remains tight-lipped about the circumstances surrounding her disappearance. They've continued to stick to their initial abduction story, even in the face of evidence that seems to completely discredit it. Meanwhile, Ayla Reynolds remains missing -- and with each year that passes it becomes harder and harder to envision any kind of conclusion to her case.

Oklahoma: Donella Zukosky missing amid human trafficking fears
The Oklahoma woman reportedly left her residence to visit a friend, but never returned. Although she has a history of dropping out of contact for brief periods of time, her family and friends say that she wouldn't disappear for this long. Sadly, she has a reported history of drug abuse, which could possibly be behind this recent disappearance. Police in Haileyville, Oklahoma say that they aren't ruling anything out -- including the possibility that she was murdered.

The podcast: What you missed
This week I discussed the parole hearing of notorious double-murderer Betty Broderick. I played testimony from Betty's trial, along with excerpts from her last parole hearing -- which was obviously denied. At the time of this blog post, it's not known whether or not Betty will continue to spend her time behind the walls of a prison -- but most people believe that is exactly where she belongs.
I also discussed some of the more disturbing cases surrounding "shitty parenting" in the news over the past week -- and brought up the question "is it safe to cosleep with your infant?"
I also highlighted the unsolved disappearance of Nevada teenager Cassy Kauffman. The 15-year-old Northern Nevada teen has been missing for two months -- and her loved ones (and authorities) believe she is in the company of a 20-year-old fugitive. North Carolina: Police Seeking Two Missing Teens
According to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children"Caution is advised" regarding these two missing teenagers. However, no further details are being offered as to why caution is being encouraged. No reports are indicating whether or not these two teens are a danger to themselves or others.
It's been more than 24 hours since Macayla and River have been seen, and investigators believe that they could be in Georgia. If you feel that you know something about this disappearance, or if you think you may have seen either of them, please do not hesitate to call 911.

Who is 'Sahara Sue?'
The body of this unidentified woman was located in a vacant parking lot near Las Vegas Blvd. S., and Sahara Ave., -- a location which lent in giving this Jane Doe her notorious nickname. When her body was found, it was believed that she had only been dead for a handful of hours. She was violently murdered, with several stab wounds to her abdomen, among other injuries. There was no doubt upon the discovery of her body that Sahara Sue was the victim of a homicide -- but she had no identification on her, and no means by which to find out her true identity.
Shortly before the discovery of her body, witnesses in the area claimed to see a woman matching her description walking into a liquor store with an unknown white male. Through police investigations, it was found that the stabbing victim may have worked in a motel in the city, and may have gone by the name "Shawna" or "Shauna." Forensic testing of her body -- during an autopsy -- revealed that she may have spent time in California shortly before her violent demise.
Even with the tidbits of evidence gathered, it has still been over 38 years since this unidentified woman's body was discovered. Over the course of these many years, she has not been positively identified. Many missing woman have been ruled out, but none have offered any definitive match to this Las Vegas Jane Doe.

Police: Texas man raped and stabbed baby
Police say that they were alerted to the incident the night it took place. They responded to an emergency call on Saturday night, believing that the one-year-old girl had been bitten by dogs in an attack at the Bexar County residence. However, a medical examination of the child showed that dogs had absolutely nothing to do with the numerous injuries she sustained.
Police say that the child had been violently sexually assaulted, beaten and stabbed multiple times -- leaving her fortunate to have survived at all. Police say she was stabbed in multiple parts of her body -- including her genitals -- which could have been done in an attempt to mask the sexual assault that had been committed. Fortunately, the child is reportedly "in stable condition," at a San Antonio hospital.
Isaac Andrew Cardenas has been charged with super aggravated sexual assault of a child. Meanwhile, his girlfriend, 22-year-old Crystal Herrera, has also been arrested. The 22-year-old woman has been charged with injury to a child by omission. In other words, the woman is accused of standing by and allowing her boyfriend to sexually assault and stab the one-year-old infant. Authorities aren't clarifying on the relationship between the Texas couple and the one-year-old victim, but they do confirm that she is "related to Herrera."
Hopefully more information comes out in this case, but I have a sneaking suspicion that the victim is the daughter of the woman pictured in the above mugshot (left). If my suspicions are correct, then that would make the Texas woman just another one of those women who have sacrificed their children to the deviances of the men they allow into their lives. It's fortunate that the infant is in stable condition after suffering such a horrendous attack. Hopefully this innocent child receives total justice for what was allegedly done to her.
