This is the photo of murder victim Jennifer Alfonso that Facebook removed earlier today after Derek Medina, 31, shot her dead. The man killed the woman, photographed it and then posted it to Facebook to show the evidence before he drove to the police station (Miami-Dade Police Department) to turn himself in. When they arrived, they found her 10-year-old daughter fortunately unharmed, but the girl will have to live with this horrific trauma for the rest of her life. Derek claims that it was in self defense after the woman brandished a knife, saying the following:
“I’m going to prison or death sentence for killing my wife. Love you guys. Miss you guys. Take care. Facebook people you’ll see me in the news.”
My question to you, my readers, is pretty simple: Do you see a knife?
