Long Island Serial Killer: Who is Jane Doe #6?

A forensic artist released this sketch of one of the Long Island Serial Killer's victims, a woman of around the age 34, Caucasian, with a broken/healed nose. She is being referred to as Jane Doe #6, and her dismembered remains were located on November 19, 2000. Her time of disappearance may have been around the summer or fall of 2000 -- meaning she hadn't been dead that long.

Do you recognize this woman? A search of NamUs returns just a limited set of results. Could any of these women be this mystery victim found at Gilgo Beach?

Lordes Gruart NamUs #12006:

Lordes vanished around October 14, 2000. She has never been heard from since. She is Hispanic, but that doesn't mean she couldn't possibly be Jane Doe #6. She was last seen in her apartment, and there are no reports indicating that she could be a prostitute, but she did vanish in the fall of 2000.

Lorraine Grunin NamUs #10043:

Last seen around 8:00 a.m., on July 7, 2000 around the vicinity of 2190 Boston Road, Bronx.  Circumstances unknown at this time. This might not have been the "fall" of 2000, but they probably wouldn't know for sure when the LISK victim went "missing."

Francoise Moisan NamUs #12210:

Last seen May 08, 2000. Sparse circumstances and no photo available online of this missing woman. She was 28 years of age and left for work -- never to be seen again. She was Caucasian.  This was the late spring of 2000, but the timeline is still accurate.

Indira Montiero NamUs #9972:

Listed as "white/Hispanic," this missing woman was last seen in her residence on the 1800 block of 7th Ave./Manhattan on April 2, 2000. This wasn't the "fall" of 2000, but officials haven't appeared to take the "missing missing" in consideration. The circumstances of this disappearance lead me to believe Indira died by the hands of an abusive boyfriend, but she vanished in 2000, nonetheless.

What about disappearances from 1999 and prior? Officials seem to believe Jane Doe #6 vanished in the fall of 2000 -- but it appears that this is because of her apparent cause of death. What about disappearances that end in a woman being held captive for a length of time? Cases like the disappearances of Amanda Berry and Michelle Knight make it impossible to decide when a victim (unidentified) would have been missing. For all we know, this person was likely never reported missing -- a lost girl on the streets that fell victim to the LISK.
