Pornography didn't kill April Jones

Pornography didn't kill April Jones, so why are her parents targeting it? It seems that the parents of the missing (presumably slain) child are misdirecting their anger toward the porn industry (in particular extreme porn), because suspect Mark Bridger frequently viewed it. This indicates that they are holding pornography responsible for their daughter's murder instead of the man who likely raped and murdered her before attempting to burn her remains in his fireplace and then disposing of her in places unknown. In some reports it's indicated that the Jones family is only interested in targeting child porn uploaders -- and they are reportedly seeking to a law against those people. But there are already stringent child pornography laws, so what more could they want?

What Mark Bridger did to April Jones is absolutely unforgivable, and that's why he deserves every single day of that life sentence he was given. However, Coral Jones wants him to be hanged -- even though the death penalty was abolished in the UK ages ago. I can't say I blame her. Death would be far more suitable for Bridger than allowing him to live his days fantasizing about the memories of what he did to April -- things he still has not clarified or admitted to.

Targeting the porn industry is a waste of time, but I do support the family's endeavors against child porn producers. So called "extreme porn," on the other hand, has nothing to do with this case. It seems that instead of targeting child porn laws -- which already exist in the UK and most of the world -- they should focus their energies on tackling the death penalty la
ws in the UK. It seems that this is where they may find more closure and justice.

Furthermore, instead of attacking the availability of pornography in the UK, wouldn't it be more prudent to go after the people who are downloading it in the country?
